When I started training with Alex, I was 208 pounds, out of shape, and dealing with physical limitations. I honestly didn’t think I could lift heavy, But in just 4 months, I’m down to 184 pounds, feeling stronger than ever, and I’ve increased every major lift across the board. Alex didn’t just work around my limitations he worked through them with me. Every session was focused, intentional, and adapted to push me without risking injury. I’ve never felt more confident in my body or what it’s capable of.
Before working with Alex, bad training habits left me with constant lower back pain and almost no squat progress. He broke down my technique, refined my movement patterns, and rebuilt my foundation from the ground up. Now, my back feels great every time I squat, I’ve hit a 405×3 PR, and my lifts keep climbing every training block. I’m stronger, pain-free, and excited to get back on the platform.
